Nedfield files for suspension of payment

Today, on the 29th of June 2009, Nedfield N.V. has filed for suspension of payment at the Court of Utrecht for both Nedfield N.V. and its subsidiary Nedfield Holding B.V. The Court has granted a temporarily suspension of payment and appointed an administrator.
Nedfield would like to inform its shareholders that the planned Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled on 30 June 2009, has been cancelled. As soon as more information is available, Nedfield will announce this through a press release.
